Sick Baby — Fever & Medication Log · Last updated: 1 July 2026

The short version: Sick Baby stores everything on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your data. No ads, no third-party tracking.

Who we are

Sick Baby ("the app", "we") is an offline tool for parents and caregivers to record a child's temperature, medication timing, and related notes. Contact: support@sickbaby.app.

What data the app handles

You may enter: a child's name, optional sex, optional date of birth and avatar; temperature readings and measurement method; medications you configure and doses you log; nappy/hydration events; cooling actions; and free-text notes. This may include health-related information about a child.

Where your data is stored

All of the above is stored locally on your device in the app's private database. In this version the app works fully offline and does not send your data to us or to any third party. We have no servers that receive it and no account is required.

What we do not do

Notifications

If you enable reminders, they are scheduled as local notifications on your device. They are not sent through our servers.

Your controls

Children's data

The app is intended for use by adults (parents/caregivers) to record information about a child. Because the data stays on your device and is never collected by us, we do not process children's personal data on any server.

Changes to this policy

If a future version adds optional cloud sync or backup, we will update this policy to clearly describe what is stored, where, and how to control it — before that feature is enabled.

Not medical advice

Sick Baby is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or dosing recommendations. Always follow your doctor or the medication's package leaflet, and contact a medical professional or emergency services when needed.
